Boat arrival times - we will need to stagger arrival times at Gyllyngvase. Could clubs please arrive at the following times - please inform your towers of this.8.00-8.30am: Helford; Cadgwith; Coverack; Truro (if you are rowing round then any time); Hayle; Porthleven and St Agnes8.30-9.00am: Mevagissey; Goran; Padstow; Mount's Bay; St Ives; Roseland (if you are rowing round then any time); Charlestown9.00- 9.30am: Boscastle; Rame; Cotehele Quay; Looe; Fowey; Caradon;9.30-10.00am; Portishead; Bristol; Appeldore; Torridge; Bideford; SwanageThank you for your assistance with this. Let me know if these times are difficult for you.Also we are looking for umpires for races, so please let me know if you have club members who are happy to assist with umpiring and which races.

This will be a plastic free event – we can refill peoples own water bottles.
There will be plenty of refreshments/BBQ and a raffle.
After the event please join us in the gig shed at the Watersports Centre for a pasty and a pint
This is Sea-shanty week-end in Falmouth and we hope that you can spend more time in Falmouth. Camping is available at the Falmouth Rugby Club, Dracena Avenue, TR11 2SB. There will be space there to keep a boat and trailer overnight.
You can camp at Falmouth Rugby Club on Friday and Saturday nights. There is plenty space so just turn up. It will be £10 per tent for 1 night and £15 for 2 nights. Similar pricing for camper vans. Trailers with gigs can be parked here over night.There are other groups camping there for the sea shanty week-end. The rugby clubs showers and toilets will be open.Could we ask please, no unaccompanied under 18's.
