After several years without the Scillies World Championships, 2022 saw the return of this amazing event. Our club has always been very competitive and everyone has given blood sweat and tears to get our crews ready for their events. Thank you to each and every member who has helped, supported, inspired, coached, photoed, fed and cheered our crews on.
The Helford spirit could be heard up and down the beach and from every corner of the island! We took team spirit to a new level; Not even the rain could stop Helford! Several members lost their voices cheering on crews valiantly battling it out on the sea. Even the mighty Tracey shouted herself hoarse coxing.
